Warranty
All Opelle products are made by hand in Toronto Canada. Your satisfaction is very important to us and as such we guarantee our workmanship & the quality of our products against flaws and defects. Any production flaw or defect occurring within the first year of purchase will be corrected either by repair or replacement as appropriate, and the item returned to you free of charge.
Warranty & Repair requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, either from opellecreative.com or an approved stockist. Natural wear and tear, variations in the natural grain of the leather and damage due to misuse is not covered under our repair policy.

Repairs
We do provide general repairs outside of the warranty period for a fee. Repairs will be assessed and quoted on a piece by piece basis & must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
In order that we can guarantee our work, we unfortunatley cannot repair pieces that are more than 5 years old, or which have been previously repaired by a third party.
Shipping
The cost of shipping your piece to our studio for warranty or repairs is at the customer’s expense. In the case of warranty repairs Opelle will cover the cost of shipping the items back to you. When items are repaired outside of the warrantly period the cost of return shipping will be included in your repair fee.
Please note that returns received with duties, tariffs or import taxes attached will be refused. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that returns are sent free of c.o.d. restrictions.
