Once you have placed your order and checked out you’ll receive an email confirmation verifying your order with Opelle. Please ensure that all of the information in your confirmation is correct and keep a copy for your records. If there are any errors on the receipt, please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org You will have the option to enter a password and create an account with Opelle. Creating an account will expedite checkout on future orders and allow access to the customer account area where you can check the status of your orders, access shipping and tracking information and manage your addresses and preferred payment methods.
Opelle accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Paypal payments. At the time of checkout you will have the option of choosing either credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. If you are checking out with an existing Paypal account, please ensure that your information is up to date, including your shipping address, prior to check out.
If you are ordering from within Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland you will be charged HST on the final item price exclusive of shipping.
Promo codes are valid at the time of purchase only for the discount amount or percentage specified. Codes are not retroactive, we cannot apply discounts or codes after the order has been placed. Codes are valid for the dates specified only. Limit 1 per transaction. Items purchased with a code of greater than 10% are considered discounted/sale and are subject to our exchange policy for sale/discounted purchases.
STOCK AVAILABILITY & MADE TO ORDER
As each Opelle bag is handmade individually, we aren’t always able to ensure that every bag is in stock at all times. In order to give our customers full access to every available style, some items are listed as ‘Made to Order’. These are regular stock items that are in production and will ship within 1 – 3 weeks from date of ordering and will be clearly marked in the item description.
If you need your order by a specific date please leave us a note in the comment box at checkout so we can prioritise accordingly. We will always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
